Adoxima is excited to announce a successful transition to the scale-up stage for our DNC Technology process, marking our progress from lab-scale synthesis to scalable proof of concepts.

Production of specialised Boehmite has commenced and results have validated the retention of the superior chemical properties observed during lab-scale trials.

Enhanced material properties such as larger surface to volume ratios, reduced particle sizes, and stable colloidal suspension are all desirable properties for many applications but have been difficult to achieve until now.

Traditional manufacturing processes for oxide materials such as zinc oxide, aluminum oxy-hydroxide, and boehmite are difficult to control making it hard to improve quality without exponentially increasing costs

By manipulating the oxidation process in a controlled environment Adoxima has been able to produce oxide materials displaying superior properties in a cost effective manner. This breakthrough paves the way for improved ceramic coatings, the development of effective vaccine adjuvants, and efficient catalysts among other applications.
